i would lik 2 help prevent suicide as 2 of my friends commited it on the same day i am currently tryin 2 start a fun run in lurgan for the up coming summer and would ask for sum1 to email me on how to make this possible thank you

suicide does not end the pain and despair of its victims it simply passes it on to those who have loved and known the victim so the problem spreads. Please, please talk to someone who is a positive influence in your life if you feel hopeless and remember our feelings change.

Hi, I've buried 3 friends from suicide 1 man and 2woman, i see the pain left behind, one of my friends left 4 children the yougest 7yr old.
if they could see the pain they left behind they may have taken a different path, we as a communiity have to connect with each other again and support each other, too many people will say don't get involved or stay out of it?? personally i believe we have to get involved and support those we know who are having difficulties in their lives.

after seeking help from arthur 4 months ago my life has turned round for the better .
i was in such a state i could not even think for myself
i owe my life to this very kind man he is never to busy to help someone in need ,if only my g p was as quick to help.
